Automatic washing plant for IBCs in HDPE and stainless steel.

Available with configurations for washing with:

• room temperature water (at 250 bar or 400 bar)
• hot water and detergent (at 250 bar or 400 bar)
• hot water and soda (at 18+250 bar or 18+400 bar)

The steps of a standard washing line (with water and soda) of 12 IBC/hour are:

• online loading
• residue suction
• internal prewash with hot water and soda at 18 bar
• internal washing with hot water 250 bar / 400 bar or with soda at 18 bar, in open or closed cabin
• internal washing and rinsing with water at 250 bar / 400 bar, in open or closed cabin
• external automatic/manual washing in open cabin
• aspiration
• drying
• valve control
• tests
• I unload

Structure in galvanized iron or AISI 304 steel (for washing stations only or for the entire line depending on the need)
